The hotel is delightful and housed in a functional building. The location is very central, close enough to reasonably quiet and cosy alley, the old quarter in Ha Noi, and the old town. It's worth staying here and exploring Hoan Kiem district.

The hotel was perfect and clean with good views on the lake. The location of the venue was marvellous and stunning - at a walking distance from a famous prison. The staff were very very kind and nice and provided help. The rooms were adequate and warm enough and the service good!

It was weekend and we definitely want to stay in that area again. The location was magnificent and fantastic for us - walking distance to restaurants and pubs. The hotel was few metres away from the heart of Hanoi.

Location very close to the central lake, the old quarter, and the center of the old quarter. Fairly friendly staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. The breakfasts with a nice view.

I had savoury food for breakfast with an amazing view. The location was incredible and stunning, at a medium distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. And the area was downtown, very close to instead of having one and Hoan Kiem Lake, restaurants, pubs, shops and night market.

noi bai international airport was hardly 28 minutes away by car. beds and pillows in my superior double room were big.

The location was perfect, you can visit a lively market by walking. Besides, it was so close to Ho Kiem lake, the HoanKiem Lake restuarant and evening up on the roof.

The venue was in a central location just off the center, the Hanoi Old Quarter and the the lake, main attractions, cafes/restaurants and the 24 hour convenient store. We found nice The Note Coffee nearby with hot beverages.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We loved this hotel, it was clean with a MAGNIFICENT and amicable staff. Location: the venue was close to reasonably quiet, and the lake, restaurants, shows, shops and markets. The place was an easy walk to Rainbow Restaurant, where you can have dinner.

Great location in the heart of the old town, just a few steps away from the lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They recommended the best places to visit and even arranged a memorable trip to Halong Bay. The value for money was excellent, making my stay at Centre Point truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved absolutely fantastic and great breakfasts, and clean hotel.
The staff were all excellent co-operating, lovely friendly. The rooms were decent size, complete with candles, a wonderful view, as for instance, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.
